I’m not going to lie, at first glance this device kind of scared me. It looks like something I would see at my yearly gynecologist visit.
However, this Apex Kegel exerciser is a device which provides muscle stimulation through a customizable probe meant to strengthen pelvic muscles and decrease bladder muscle spasms.
However, one thing you must really consider before purchasing it is that to use the device you must be able to accommodate a minimum of 4 inches in length and 1 ¼ inches in diameter because this specific device only comes in one size.

For those of you out there wondering what is a kegelmaster…
Kegelmaster advanced springs are the progressive resistance vaginal exercisers with a quite unique design.
It works the following way: you open it, insert the springs for the level you want, close it with the knob, insert in the vagina, slowly start turning the knob for it to open and provide resistance. Once you’re done with your Kegel reps, you have to manually close it, secure it by turning the knob and only then can you remove it.
I mean, it seems WAY harder than a ready-to-use (put in) Kegel exercise device. It does seem logical that more resistance (and the springs seem like a good option for it) would provide either better or quicker results, HOWEVER, I’m not sure I’m convinced that it’s worth it at the end of the day, due to its price and material used (plastic).
Also, I’m getting goosebumps just thinking about how it would feel to close 2 plastic things while still inside the vagina, wouldn’t that pinch my vaginal walls? Plus it has seams, which also scream anti-sensitive to me.

Just make sure it’s no longer than 16 feet away from your device.

These Kegel weights are about 1 inch in diameter at their widest point, which to me doesn’t seem that big (some are saying this is uncomfortable), because a) we are able of giving vaginal childbirth and b) it doesn’t seem that much bigger than a tampon with an applicator.
